VibeSound Synth AI-native instrument · VST3 + Standalone

The everything
instrument

Type the sound in your head — a warm analog pad, a lonely DX7 rhodes, a creaking door played on keys. VibeSound builds the actual synth patch, oscillators to mod matrix — or generates the sample and lays it across your keyboard. One instrument for music, foley, film and game audio.

How it works

No preset diving, no wavetable safari. Describe it, hear it, shape it.

01

Describe it

Say it like you'd say it to another musician — English or German, vague or precise. Reference feelings, movies, decades, machines.

> hollow wooden pluck, rainy
> the pad from a night drive
> gen: heavy vault door slam
02

It builds a real patch

Not a rendered file from a black box. The AI programs the synth itself — oscillators, filters, envelopes, mod matrix. 480+ parameters, all still yours.

osc1.shape   = saw
filter.cutoff = 840 Hz
lfo1 → cutoff  22%
03

Play it. Tweak it.

You get the 3–8 knobs that matter for this sound, with honest names and ranges. Full expert drawer underneath. Nudge, morph, undo.

Modules

One box, every sound job

Four ways in — prompt, recording, generated sample, your own samples — and a serious synth engine underneath.

Prompt → Patch

The core loop

Five modes — Set, Nudge, Animate, Arc, Auto — with history and undo. Describe, listen, refine until it's yours.

> nudge: more air, slower attack
Audio → Patch

Sound like your recording

Drop any audio on the window. It hears pitch, envelope, formants, vibrato — then plays like your recording, but as a synth patch. "Like this, but as a pad."

Text → Sample

Sounds that don't exist yet

Prefix a prompt with gen: and a generated sample lands on your keys in about 30 seconds — looped, pitched, playable.

> gen: creaking wooden door
Foley keyboard

Your samples, playable

Any recording becomes an instrument: automatic root pitch, seamless crossfade loops — or keytrack off to trigger foley hits chromatically.

Drum banks

One prompt, a whole kit

"Jungle percussion drenched in rain" becomes a full 16-pad bank — kicks, snares, log drums, thunder — generated as a set. Play the real kits below.

Engine room

A serious synth underneath

Five mixable sources per voice — virtual-analog, full 6-op FM (DX7-compatible), Karplus pluck, AI-drawn wavetables, samples — plus formant filter, morphing Layer B, 12-slot mod matrix and song-length arcs.

Live demo

The drum lab

One prompt fans out into a full 16-pad kit. These three banks came straight out of the plugin — tap them.

> gen kit: jungle percussion drenched in rain
✓ 16 sounds generated — Rainforest

VibeSound writes 16 individual sound-design prompts from your one line, generates every hit, tunes and trims it, and drops the bank on the pads — kicks with mud on them, snares made of sheet metal, thunder that keeps time.

Kits save with your project, export as WAV folders, and any pad you don't like gets rerolled on its own — the rest of the kit stays put.

Real output Generated by the plugin's Drum Lab — 16 sounds per prompt, exactly as they landed on the pads. No cherry-picking. On a computer, your keyboard plays them too: the four key rows mirror the pads.
Deployment

Built for every sound job

Music

Stop preset-diving. The pad you can hum but can't find, the bass that sits right — described in one line, tweakable forever.

Film & foley

Describe the scene. Door creaks, room tones, risers timed to picture — generated, looped and played from your keyboard.

Game audio

Iterate at design speed. Twenty variations of a shield hum before the meeting ends. Every asset stays a patch you can revise.

Sound design

Start from language. Feed it a feeling or a field recording; get material no sample pack has — then morph it into something stranger.

Parallel Universe Dept. · Memo 001 · Re: Magic

What if 1996 had AI?

Remember when computers felt like magic? When a new soundcard was a small miracle, and every blinking cursor promised something you'd never heard before? VibeSound is built on that what-if: the same heavy panels, the same phosphor glow — but this time, the machine understands you.

We didn't bolt AI onto a synthesizer to be clever. We did it to get that feeling back: you say the impossible thing out loud, and the box just… does it. You already know how a synth works. Now it knows what you mean.

> familiar hardware. tomorrow's magic.

Pricing

Two ways to run it. Same instrument, same updates — choose who pays for the electricity.

Studio license Own it
79€ · one-time
  • Own the plugin forever — all 1.x updates included
  • Bring your own AI key (Anthropic) — patch generation bills to you directly, typically a few cents per patch
  • Sample generation runs locally on your NVIDIA GPU — free and private
  • For tinkerers who like owning the whole signal chain
Get early access
VibeSound+ All-inclusive
12€ / month
  • No key, no setup — generation runs on our servers, sign in and type
  • Monthly token pack covers patches and generated samples; patch tweaks and nudges stay generous
  • No GPU needed — sample generation included, priority queue
  • Cancel anytime; your patches and samples remain yours

Planned launch pricing — final numbers land with the beta. Early-access members lock in their terms. Playing and tweaking never costs tokens; only asking the AI to generate does.

Manual

Questions

What's an "AI key", and why would I bring my own?

The Studio License connects VibeSound to your own Anthropic account: you paste one key into the plugin and patch generation bills to you at cost — typically a few cents per patch, no middleman. VibeSound+ skips all of that and just works through our servers.

Which DAWs and systems does it run in?

VST3 and standalone on Windows today, developed and tested in Studio One — any VST3 host works. macOS (AU/VST3) is planned. 64-bit only.

Do I own the sounds it makes?

Yes. Generated patches and samples are yours, including for commercial releases, client work and game builds.

Why does it look like it's from 1996?

Because that's the last time computers felt like pure magic — and familiarity is what makes new magic usable. The panel is the hardware we grew up on; the brain inside is from 2026. No retro cosplay in the engine: it's a modern synth with a modern AI, wearing the face of the machines that made us fall in love with this stuff.

Does it work offline?

Playing, tweaking and everything already on your keyboard: fully offline. Asking the AI for new patches needs a connection; on the Studio License, sample generation can run entirely on your own GPU.

When can I get it?

VibeSound is in private beta with working musicians. Leave your email and we'll onboard you in small batches — beta testers keep early-bird terms at launch.
